Refund & Subscription Policy

1. Overview & Exclusivity

1.1. Trader Exchange ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates a selective, interview-gated educational program and private trading community.

1.2. Admission into Stage 01 and Stage 02 is granted strictly through our manual application and interview evaluation process. By transferring fees to Trader Exchange, you ("Client", "Student", or "Member") acknowledge and accept the terms of this Refund & Subscription Policy in full.

2. Stage 01 (Educational Course) — Absolute Non-Refundable Policy

2.1. Fee Amount & Payment: Stage 01 requires a one-time fee of RM 10,000 (Ringgit Malaysia Ten Thousand), payable via direct bank transfer upon interview approval.

2.2. Strict Non-Refundable Nature: The Stage 01 fee covers manual applicant vetting, administrative onboarding, live group instruction, and immediate access to our proprietary intellectual property (including the TCC trading methodology). The RM 10,000 fee is 100% non-refundable under any circumstances once digital portal access, curriculum files, or Discord onboarding credentials have been issued.

2.3. Performance & Dissatisfaction Disclaimer: Refunds will not be issued based on personal trading performance, failure of third-party proprietary firm evaluations, lack of time commitment, or general dissatisfaction with market outcomes.

3. Stage 02 (Private Community Retainer) — Subscription & Rejoining Terms

3.1. Standard Retainer Rate: Active Stage 02 private community and live context access is billed at RM 2,000 (Ringgit Malaysia Two Thousand) per month, payable in advance via direct bank transfer or approved recurring billing.

3.2. One-Chance Continuity Principle: Stage 02 access is structured as a continuous, high-level operating environment. Graduates receive one (1) initial opportunity upon completing Stage 01 to maintain seamless monthly access at the standard RM 2,000/month rate.

3.3. Cancellation & Pause Effect: Members may voluntarily cancel or pause their Stage 02 subscription at any time prior to their next monthly billing date. Voluntary cancellation, pausing, or defaulting on the RM 2,000 monthly fee results in immediate revocation of private Discord channels, weekly team review calls, and community networking access. Partial-month refunds are not provided for cancellations initiated mid-billing cycle.

3.4. Stepped Rejoining Policy (Cool-Down & Re-Entry Fees): If a former member cancels, pauses, or defaults on their Stage 02 retainer and later requests to rejoin the private community, the following rules apply strictly without exception: (a) Mandatory 6-Month Cool-Down — the former member must observe a mandatory six (6) month waiting period from the date of cancellation before submitting a rejoining application, and rejoining is subject to administrative approval; (b) Stepped Re-Entry Billing Schedule — upon approval to rejoin after the cool-down period, Month 1 (Rejoining Fee) is RM 4,000 (Ringgit Malaysia Four Thousand), Month 2 is RM 3,000 (Ringgit Malaysia Three Thousand), and Month 3 onward reverts to the standard rate of RM 2,000 (Ringgit Malaysia Two Thousand) per month.

4. Payment Disputes & Chargeback Waiver

4.1. Direct Bank Transfers: All payments to Trader Exchange are executed via direct bank-to-bank transfer. By completing a bank transfer, you confirm that you are the authorized holder of the originating bank account.

4.2. Chargeback & Dispute Waiver: You explicitly waive any right to file fraudulent bank disputes, claims, or chargebacks. Any unauthorized chargeback attempt or legal dispute initiated for a non-refundable fee will result in immediate permanent expulsion from Trader Exchange, forfeiture of any sponsored evaluation rewards, and potential legal recovery claims under the laws of Malaysia.
