These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Trader Exchange website, applications, educational services, and private community. Please read them carefully before using the Site.
1. Acceptance and Overview
1.1. This website (the "Site") is operated by Trader Exchange ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
1.2. By accessing or using this Site, submitting an application, or purchasing any educational services, you ("User", "Client", or "Applicant") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Risk Disclaimer. If you do not agree to all terms, you must immediately cease using this Site.
1.3. These Terms apply to all visitors, applicants, and enrolled members. Pursuant to the Electronic Commerce Act 2006 (Malaysia), your continued browsing or electronic submission of application forms constitutes a legally binding acceptance of these Terms.

3. Application, Interview & Selective Admission
3.1. Non-Public Enrollment: Admission into Trader Exchange is strictly selective and not open to the general public. Submitting an application on this Site does not guarantee enrollment.
3.2. Interview Requirement: All prospective students must undergo an official interview evaluation. The Company reserves the sole, unrestricted right to approve or reject any application without disclosing its internal selection or evaluation criteria.
3.3. Payment Access: Direct bank transfer details for enrollment fees are issued exclusively to applicants who have successfully passed the interview evaluation and received formal approval. Unsolicited transfers or payments without prior interview approval will be rejected or returned.
4. Fees, Stages & Payment Terms
4.1. Stage 01 — Educational Course & Examination: A one-time payment of RM 10,000 (Ringgit Malaysia Ten Thousand). Payment method is direct bank-to-bank transfer upon interview approval. The Stage 01 fee covers immediate onboarding, administrative vetting, and digital access to proprietary intellectual property. It is 100% non-refundable under any circumstances once digital portal, curriculum, or Discord access has been issued.
4.2. Stage 02 — Private Community & Live Context Retainer: Billed at RM 2,000 (Ringgit Malaysia Two Thousand) per month for ongoing live market context, weekly team meetings, and private Discord access. Stage 02 access is offered on a continuous operating schedule. Members receive one (1) opportunity to maintain seamless monthly access at the standard RM 2,000/month rate following graduation. Voluntary cancellation, pausing, or failure to pay the monthly RM 2,000 fee results in the immediate revocation of private Discord and weekly meeting access.
4.3. Stepped Rejoining Policy (Cool-Down & Penalty Structure): If a former member cancels or pauses their Stage 02 subscription and subsequently requests to rejoin, the following terms apply strictly without exception: (a) Mandatory Cool-Down — a required six (6) month waiting period from the date of cancellation before any re-application will be considered; (b) Stepped Re-Entry Billing — upon re-approval after the cool-down period, Month 1 (Rejoining Fee) is RM 4,000, Month 2 is RM 3,000, and Month 3 onward reverts to the standard RM 2,000/month rate.
5. Sponsored Evaluation Account Reward
5.1. Graduation Sponsorship: Upon successfully passing the internal Stage 01 examination, graduates become eligible to receive a fully sponsored $25,000 or $50,000 USD evaluation account fee with an independent, third-party international proprietary trading firm.
5.2. Third-Party Disclaimers: Trader Exchange acts solely as an educational entity that sponsors the entry fee for the external evaluation as a graduation reward. Trader Exchange does not manage proprietary accounts internally, pool public funds, or control the execution rules, platform uptime, or payout policies of third-party evaluation providers.
6. Intellectual Property & Anti-Leak Prohibitions
6.1. All content on this Site, including text, graphics, video modules, PDFs, trade breakdowns, indicators, and proprietary frameworks (including the "TCC" methodology), is the exclusive intellectual property of Trader Exchange, protected under the Copyright Act 1987 (Malaysia).
6.2. Strict Non-Disclosure: Users are strictly prohibited from screen-recording, downloading, reselling, re-uploading, or sharing any course or Discord materials.
6.3. Non-Teaching Restriction: Members are prohibited from using the TCC framework or curriculum concepts to launch competing courses, paid signal services, or public social media breakdown channels for thirty-six (36) months post-exit. Unauthorized leaks or commercial re-teaching will trigger legal action, including claims for liquidated damages under our Master Agreement.
7. No Financial Advice & Risk Disclaimer
7.1. Educational Purposes Only: All materials, site content, live streams, and weekly team reviews provided by Trader Exchange are strictly for educational and informational purposes. Trader Exchange is not a financial adviser, broker, or fund manager.
7.2. No Profit Guarantees: Trading financial instruments (Forex, Futures, CFDs) carries significant risk of capital loss. We make no representations or guarantees regarding individual profitability or earnings. You are solely responsible for your personal trading execution and capital risk.
8. User Code of Conduct & Site Access
8.1. You agree not to use this Site or our private Discord server to distribute toxic, abusive, or defamatory content, or to solicit or poach community members for external business ventures.
8.2. We reserve the right to immediately terminate website access or revoke Discord membership without refund for any user who breaches these Terms or community guidelines.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1. These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
9.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
